版上有谁知道，除了在非盈利性组织工作，年薪必须达到多少万以上才够资格申请H1B
？

There is a petition submitted to the White House to increase NIH funding for
research. Would you consider signing it electronically? If this petition
gets 25,000 signatures by Saturday 3/18/12, the White House will review it
and respond.

凑够25000个签名挺容易的，NIH R01 recipient就有3000多，外加他们的家人，手下的
明星博后得意门生等等铁杆粉丝，还有各机构的小秘之类的。
