synthetic lethality比较容易理解, 如果两个基因同时被敲掉酵母就死了的话，说明
那两个基因是互补(redundant)关系
但是如果敲了两个基因，酵母反而长得更好了，这个情况下，这两个基因是什么关系啊
？

两个单突变都会造成生长变慢，但是不死，
双突变比单突明显变好，但是还没有赶上野生。

In the case of enzymes A and B, process molecules x to y to z.
x and z are non-toxic, but y is. If the strain has mutation in B, y gets
accumulated. If get both mutations in A and B, no y produced.
There may be alternative pathways to catabolize x to w to z.
