最近在看cell migration的文章，大概懂了什么是leading edge,,fillopodia and
lamellipodia
但是有些文章中出现ruffle这个概念，好像也是在leading edge上出现的一种结构，不
知道它和上面那些结构是什么关系

我一般把这些新名词简化为highly dynamic的cytoskeleton network去理解，其中会有
很多的signaling molecules和各式各样能跟cytoskeleton扯上关系的蛋白聚集……

就是细胞膜底下堆着高高一堆actin 把膜都拱起来了。

谢谢，一定是在leading edge上的么？是病态结构还是正常结构？

Leading edge 这个词是指细胞有方向地移动的时候才会有这个概念， 所以不能
直接这么套用，但是，大部分membrane ruffling 是在leading edge 上。
这种结构在正常和病态下都可能出现，就是细胞对外界反应比较激烈的时候的表现。
