POSITION: EMI R&D Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Researches and develops specific scientific areas in furtherance
of
specific R&D projects.
• Delivery of specialized knowledge and scientific expertise to
further R&D goals.
• Prepares formulations and conducts experiments to high levels of
scientific practice.
• Directs laboratory technicians during experiments.
• Conducts analytical studies using sophisticated laboratory
instruments.
• Prepares comprehensive reports with recommendations for new
product
formulations and procedures.
• Researches scientific literature and vendor product evaluations.
• Works independently and with broad creative latitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in a disciplined R&D environment in a commercial or
academic setting.
• Experience as a contributing member of a research team operating
in
an extremely demanding
environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Willingness and ability to represent the Company as a lead
technical
expert at customers and
technical organizations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• A Phd degree in a specialized scientific area of study for rubber
(Silicone or EPDM) and composites with function like electrical
conductive or thermal conductive as well as absorb materials, familiar
to manufacturing process like mixing, molding; extruding etc.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in an R&D setting
• Proven contributor in an advanced R&D environment.

data marts, Reporting and Access Tools and the quality and accuracy of

· To solve technically complex programming projects in
assigned area.
· To deliver integrated and comprehensible information to
support strategic and tactical information needs of the organization.
· To drive the campaign management process to generate revenue
in the assigned portfolio.
· To design, develops and maintains databases and data marts
as needed for MIS, end-user computing and statistical modeling.
· To manage internal and external resources, processes and
projects to develop key information sources and deliverables to provide
the business with an easy-to-use structure containing the strategic
information necessary to perform complex analysis, modeling and
segmentation.
· To identify and develops new data sources for use throughout
the organization.
· To develop the information required to manage the customer
relationship, employs in the decision engine and leverages information
in all channels of customer contact management process.
· Requirements
· Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Social Science and eight
years experience in a computing or information science oriented area.
Master degree is preferable.
· Has excellent people and project management, organizational,
analytical and technical skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency in programming in SAS, Easytrieve,
COBOL, SQL, PEARL, or JAVA.
· Demonstrated ability in managing a multitude of projects and
requests of varying degrees of complexity.
· Has a commitment to provide a high degree of customer
service to both internal and external clients.
· Has the ability to actively listen, interview and apply
