现在都是e-filing, 还是regular filing?
我的律师用的是regular filing （Eb1-b). 有经验的能不能给扫个盲。两个区别大吗
？是不是e-filing 好一点。我属于TSC.

刚开始做p53的一点调控，看了很多文章，想重复一下1个实验, p53 half life
我看别人２０分钟就能看到减少， 我到３小时也看不到， 用cycloheximide 50ug/ml.
我觉得可能和cell line有关， 用了不同的 cell line， 象２９３T， MCF７啦，应该
是p53 wildtype的， 但是都没有重复出２０分钟的half life
请求建议

申的什么卡？什么时候申的？

If you are in TSC, then it does not matter

哈哈，p53在293T中被stabilized by sv40 t-antigen.
做p53非常tricky，要读很多文献，先掌握基本情况。
新手不建议跳坑。

我做了几个细胞株大概都是4-6小时之间
你要是做癌细胞可要小心了 不少癌细胞株 尤其是乳腺癌的 表达极少 或突变检测不到

p53做了以后发文章也难，除非你老板是圈内人士。
