我最近发现了一个生物mechanism, 正准备投稿，当偶然间google search的时候，发现
类似的现象两年前已经被别的一个组发现，但是他们并没有把这个现象发表在期刊上，
而只是存在了一个博士毕业生的毕业论文上。可能由于该生毕业，这个project没有人
接着作，中途搁浅了。
我想问一下，如果我投了稿，会不会因为该现象已经被被人的毕业论文中报道而被拒，
如果我的文章被接受，这个发现算谁的？

英国版权法规定学位论文属于未发表作品；而美国则突破了学位论文是未发表作品的观
念，鼓励、要求学位论文公开
是不是投英国的期刊问题更少一些

那论文的全文PDF 文档里 的开头 的某页 有 ISBN 国际书号 没? 如过 没 恭喜楼
主了 可以 如你所愿
不然 若有 13 位 数字 的 ISBN 国际书号 你 在没有和 版权的 博论作者联系 且取
得她/他/它(bisexsul or already changed gender by surgery) 的 认可以前 用类
似的图表和文字的话 以后可能有版权被
侵犯的 法律官司 哦
