应该是5年前 K99, 5年后 k22吧.

是5年内，大半年后你resubmission的时候超过5年都不行。他是一个电脑系统自动
detect。
Individuals are NOT eligible if they:

the time of the relevant standard receipt date for the initial application
or resubmission。

也许各个insitute不一样，NIAID5年写的很清楚。

看来各个institute是不一样。NCI是八年之内。

各个所的K99都稍有差异。如果大家是serious的考虑这些机会的话，应该认真的读读各
个所网站的说明。
NCI的k99支持5年，前两年K99，后三年R00，现在只能是phd毕业4年以内申请，不需要
绿卡。大概23%左右的成功率，而且拿到的人大部分都有一片CNS.
NCI的K22支持3年，毕业8年以内都可以申请，需要绿卡，但是只有12%左右的成功率。
NIAID的K99只支持三年，不需要绿卡，要求毕业5年以内。大概15%的成功率
NIAID的K22也支持三年，需要绿卡，而且要求毕业5年以内，大概25%的成功率，所以
NIAID的网站上明确写了，如果你能申请K22就不要申请K99，因为资助力度一样，但是
k22成功率高多了。
我觉得大家能写都写，因为这是个很好的practice,而且实际上可能没有传说中中彩票
的几率那么低。拿不拿的到，对你以后写NIH grant都有帮助。
