由于种种原因，可能会在一年内跳槽
请问这种情况是不是h1b transfer比opt更合适一些？

It is much better to use Opt. The advantage is three folds: One is that you
use the opt time and save the H1 time. Two is that you do not have to apply
for H1 now. Three is you have more freedom when changing jobs, meaning that
you do not have to deal with USCIS to transfer H1b.
