因为要长期使用线性化后的载体，想着冻存后封装成小份使用。不知道双酶切载体后的
粘末端是否稳定？有同事说冻了两年以后还能用，不知道是不是这样？

I have fragments stored at -20 for more than one year, they still work fine.
The concentration may decrease overtime though.
