retaining people with skills and higher education. however, they oppose
to give illegal immigrants an easy path to citizenship.
diversity lottery are giving green cards to randomly selected applicants.
its purpose was to increase diversity. as you can see, US is diverse enough
. so anyone with right mind will get rid of the this program.
just like the immigration laws and fiscal cliff, it is hard to get any big
legislation passed now. so it is not republican or dems' fault alone.
