我看了精华区的filing 步骤是去local INS office啊
WHERE TO FILE: (file I-130 and I-485 concurrently)
1. If you live in state of Maryland, then you need to send everything to
Vermont Service Center.
2. If you live other states than MD, then you need to send everything to you
LOCAL OFFICE (address can be found at USCIS website)
3. Check your local office website about "LOCAL FILING PROCEDURE" to see if
you can drop in the application in person or send in by mail.
4. Ask your local office whether they do walk-in AP and EAD (only few
offices
still do these now)
5. Ask your local office whether they process file locally or forward to
MSC
(Missouri Service Center also known as NBC (National Benefic Center)
WAITING PERIOD:
If your files are forwarded to MSC (most of the offices are doing it now),
then you will get Notice of Action (NOA) for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131
within 2 weeks to 6 weeks. After you get your NOAs, be sure to check all
the
information is correct. Then you need to make appointment with nearest ASC
(Application Support Center) for your FINGERPRINT and BIOMETRICS for your
EAD
and I-485 as soon as possible.
If your files are processed locally, then your local office will inform you
when you should get fingerprint.
难道这个procedure现在过时了?USC based GS 都要求去national的center了?
