为什么一定要酸性条件呢？
如果是因为电泳方向相反或者不确定
把加样孔放中间，随便往哪里跑，不好么

盐离子浓度如果不是很高的话你可以就用binding buffer跑胶试试。

不是跑Agarose胶，是跑蛋白-DNA复合物，因为该蛋白只在酸性条件下有结合DNA的能力

From what I knew, base salary of 100-110k for fresh CS phd is the normal
range.
Not sure why FB/G have to pay a fresh CS phd 130-200K/year. I would think people have to be very productive to deserve that kind of salary.

如果是想跑酸性条件下的非变性蛋白PAGE胶，可能结果更不理想
我找过两个方子，pH值略有不同

pH 6.1 30mM Histidine, 30mM Mes 这个应该是最接近你的要求的buffer。
