明年初我们家要relocate到Boston，帮老婆求明年三月开始的Boston地区lab
technician的工作。老婆复旦遗传工程硕士毕业，在University of California做了8
年的staff research associate和lab manager。大多数分子生物学，组织学和形态学
工作都可以胜任。我们有绿卡，因此大学，研究所，医院和公司的机会，我们都想试试。

Proficiency in molecular biology
DNA/RNA extraction, Plasmid extraction, Gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA
quality and quantity analyze
PCR primer design and PCR (Standard PCR, Long-Range PCR, Quantitative
Reverse Transcription-PCR, Real Time PCR), sequence analysis and
trouble shooting
Molecular cloning and plasmid construction
Southern hybridization, Northern hybridization and Western hybridization
Proficiency in histology
Fixation, infiltration, embedding, microtome section and staining
Experience with paraffin embedded tissues and OCT preserved tissues
Experience with sliding microtome, rotary microtome and cryostat
Proficiency in microscopy technology
Experience with regular compound microscope, laser capture microscope,
fluorescence and confocal microscope
Proficiency in Agrobacterium mediated transgenic research
Constructs the vector with interested gene for binary vector system
Induce plant cell callus and plant tissue culture of rice and tobacco
Floral-dip method for Arabidopsis transformation
Proficiency in recombinant protein expression and protein electrophoresis
Protein expression both in E.coli and S.cerevisiae
Familiar with plant physiology techniques related to water hydraulics
Cell pressure probe, vapor pressure osmometer, nanoliter osmometer
Familiar with microbiology and immunology skills
Aseptic techniques, streak plates, broth transfer, slide preparation, ELISA
Lab Management Skills
Knowledge of biosafety, laboratory and chemical safety
Experience of safety training to the lab members
Experience of handling and disposing of toxic wastes according to
university Policy and Procedure and Environmental Health and Safety

Experience of maintain stocks of stored plant materials and bacteria
