2月24号file了pre-OPT,因为当时还不到3月1号,学校说还不能申请OPT,着急工作就先
申请了pre-OPT,但是现在两个
月过去了,现在又要补材料,但是这个pre-OPT到5月31号就结束了,估计结束之前都下
不来了。
3月8号的时候又file了OPT,start date是6月1号。现在还在IR中。想问问懂的人,是
不是我就不用在等那个pre-opt了?
这两者之间不会因为我pre-opt要补资料,opt这个也不给我办了??

学校说除了post的申请材料里有pre申请的receipt外,好像似乎没什么关系
有的学校就是不愿意改post-opt的start date,非得6月1号,移民局好像也没有这一说
,能有什么办法

你申请第二个opt的时候填表不是要写所有以前申请过的opt嘛?
你有没有填第一个呢?状态写pending?
