有大约2000 个virus 毒株的序列，用muscle align
拿到的algnment 很奇怪，gaps巨多
基本是隔几个bp就是几个bp的gap。请问怎么优化？
这几个command都不怎么work：
muscle -in f.fa -out f_out.fa -gapopen -12 -maxiters 2
muscle -in f.fa -out f_out.fa -maxiters 2
muscle -in f.fa -out f_out.fa

旧的797没过期就能签证回来，签证官海关的问797快过期了，就如实说renew申请已经
递上去了正在等，没问题的。

If the extension is still pending after the expiration of your current H-1B,

not be able to travel overseas, until the extension is approved. If your

律师当然都是说话比较谨慎。如果你在美国呆过几年，英语还行，又有正经工作，入境
的时候我个人认为不会有任何问题。入境只是走个过场而已，个别时候前台的经验不足
，难为你一下也是可以理解的。你想想，之前Boston爆炸案后来抓住的那几个俄罗斯帮
助销赃的同伙里，有一个I20都过期了，人家都入境了，你这个怕什么。
个人经验认为如果你想更保险的话，第一要带上renew的receipt，第二争取在旧的过期
前回来。如果你有这些，入境没理由难为你。
