如果是要化学label的话有很多类似click chemistry的方法。
如果只是结合，好像halotag有小分子可以bind。但是都不普及，不知道work的怎么样。

Not possible unless you form a specific covalent bond, which will depend on
your protein. There are some very specific covalent inhibitors.

protein via primary amine or SH group, and SNAP will then react with BG to
form a covalent bond.

印象里好象有monomeric streptavidin吧，也许对你来说可以用？

kd for monomeric streptavidin is high, 10e-9, as compared to the kd of
tetrameric streptavidin, < 10e-12
tetrameric streptavidin, < 10e-12
