请问：
１．一般多久才能收到mail notice?
2. 这个ＲＦＥ一般都要写什么？我是ＥＢ１Ｂ，学校的ＡＰ．
３．提交以后一般有多大的通过率？提交以后，一般要等多久？我是　ｎｏｎＰＰ。

information in this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please
follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information.
This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the
opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or
information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail.
If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address
online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer
service center at 1-800-375-5283.
A request for evidence is made when an application/petition is lacking
required documentation/evidence (initial evidence) or the officer needs more
documentation

在这个版潜水很久了啊，不牛，就是想申请个NIW，公司办事慢又打算跳槽。H1B今年10
月才生效。
说说我的情况，如果大家都觉得太弱不适宜申请NIW，那我就乖乖EB2了吧。我已经找律
师问了一圈，但是觉得律师不靠谱，主要想收钱。

硕士，农业方面，journal文章3个，2两一作，一个under reviewed的挂名N作（真的是
挂名，以前本科老师关照，我负责修改文章，做了一些实验吧）；一个N作的
proceeding, 还有10个会议的abstracts (4个一作）。总引用google上面是16，而
searchable的是23（其实有个西班牙国家实验室大量引用过我的一个一作文章，但
google没有算进去）。一个一作的文章由于图片漂亮被当期杂志做成封面(不是因为文
章好）。
没拿过任何奖项。review了10+的 manusctripts,然后做了一个本方向大型会议的
subpanel reviewer跟judge。
工作内容跟以前的硕士研究有相关。之前硕士做的项目，被一些media highlight,有新
闻视频，有文字报道，近来也被本专业的一个最前沿杂志（不是journal）给highlight
了，但是都只是提到我老板的名字伴有我做的东西的描述（但是没有写我名字和特指那
个文章，当然我老板可以证明这个）。

我正在用的GFP比较暗，EGFP稍好些，但是还是比较暗。
有没有更亮的，但是没有毒性的GFP。

RFE提交以后一般有多大的通过率:

EGFP其实已经非常亮了，要是你还是觉得暗的不行，那还是换个显微镜的光源比较有效
。

别担心，EB1B通过率很高的，>90%，移民局一般不会难为tenure-track faculty.

5年前这都可以上eb1了。niw现在肯定没问题

是我的promoter比较弱，换个强的promoter可以提高GFP表达量，使细胞看起来好看，
但是有些toxic。
所以尽量用个本身就比较亮的蛋白。
顺便问问，还有其他颜色的比较亮的蛋白吗?

再亮也就是多一倍顶天了
不是做live的话用个antibody染一下吧

ZsGreen很好。很强。缺点是在细胞内会聚集成颗粒状。
红色里面Tdtomato，DsRed都很好。
当然我这都是来自于mouse的感觉，不知道对你的in vitro是否一样。in vivo，我也感
觉EGFP太暗了。

Check with your lawyer to see if they have received the RFE letter? If USCIS
sent you an RFE letter, you should receive the mail in about 3 business
days. (Your RFE was sent out on April 8, a week ago!)
Please note that typically you have 30 days (or 33 days in case they sent
you the RFE by mail) since they sent you the RFE, so act quickly.

this one is not available in add gene. And it's brightness is similar to
clover.

Contact your attorney as soon as possible. You may not receive RFE letter
from
TSC directly, but your attorney will get the letter.

再急问：

从上面信息看，USCIS 是4月8日把notice 寄出来的。
但是人力资源部的director 说今天还没有收到。（他应该不会骗我的）
如果寄丢了，可以打电话让USCIS 重新寄吗？
可以让打电话让USCIS直接把notic fax过来吗？
