Just wondering if there is still any hope of being funded.
Proposal was submitted near end of Oct. 2018. Now pending for more than 9
months. A few weeks ago program manager sent an apparent mass email saying
that the review was affected by shutdown and they still haven't got enough
quality reviews for my proposal. He continued to say that if proposal
reviews well they will fund it for the coming fiscal year, and that they
will notify me the results before the next submission window (Sept - Oct
2019).
Kind of frustrated with the long wait. Actually don't want to submit to them
again in near future.
Anyone had similar experiences?

觉得大人的字典这么小的小孩看不懂。有没有专门面向小学生的英文字典，浅显易懂？
请推荐。谢谢。

即使在普林斯顿，他实验室的主要劳力也是中国学生，大部分都是清北的。到了清华，
高智商劳动力更是源源不断，加上CCAV不断宣传，听几个校友说11g把清华好几个计算
机系的都忽悠转到了生物系，日夜不分画结构了

空调auto on, 是不是只算空调在working的部分？否则，1小时1块，空调一直开着，
一个月不得$700多电费？我上个月有几天空调出了点问题，设置的auto on, 但是机器
一直不停地在 working，今天收到账单，电费多出一大截

这是DMR吗？我也收到一样的信了。我理解的是由于这个program缺人手，处理慢，导致
一部分proposal到现在没有收到所有review。这应该是比较罕见的情况。

我查过我家的空调(5 ton)
工作时候电流18.5A, 算下来应该是4KW
一个小时4KWH, 大概40cents

当然只算空调在工作时的。如果空调没启动，那空调耗电应该是0.
一般空调室外机大概4000-5000瓦，全屋风扇几百瓦，加起来5000-6000瓦左右。

怎么查工作电流? 我有个clamp meter，但是没地方下手量啊。

depends on many factors, od air temperature/humility, and how big is ur
system, what is the seer number for your ac, a 10 seer system is non-
comparable w/ a 20 seer system, is your compressor variable speed or fix
speed.
