如题。no-cost refinance 一般有没有 early payoff (或者较早卖掉房子)的限制?
在版内读了一些帖子,知道 no-cost 的 rate 要比有 cost 高些,高出的这部分可能
就是拿来 cover 部分 closing cost 的。如果我很快 payoff,那 agent 或 银行不就
有可能亏了?
另外,宾州 no cost refinance 有做的么?很多人说 NY 是没有的。

ask your agent about his to get firm answer. and this should be relflected
