这是面试官的标准，从面试者的角度来看，大家在面试失败后有切身体会么？
比如，看到你在白板上的代码不够整洁，怀疑你在工作中也写杂乱的代码
又如，看到你写的函数效率不够优化，怀疑你在工作中也写复杂度高的函数
再如，看到你的指针没有判空，怀疑你在工作中也会这样不去判断

Refinance
Loan:164,000
Interest rate: 3.375%
Term: 15 yr fixed
Monthly payment:$1162.37
Cost(Mortgage fee, settlement fee, government fee):$1657
Lender provided me APR 3.388%
But I checked online APR calculator and the APR is 3.5211% but the monthly
payment is $1174.11 which is higher than the lender provided me.

lender肯定算错了。

Lender 的payment 应该没算错。但是APR 应该接近3.5%。算少了。

不要太在意APR，很多时候会把自己绕进去。就关注Rate和Cost就可以了。

Lender告诉我，算APR的时候只包含finance的cost，不包含别的cost。所以也就差不多
了。
很想问一下，大家都说要找no cost的refinance，这no cost到底指什么no cost？房子
要重新做appraisal，要换title都要花钱，我的lender还加了一下county transfer
tax。
还有，不是本地的Lender可靠么？

refinance 根本不需要付transfer tax.
no cost是指broker帮你付所有的费用。你只需要付principal difference and
several days interest.
建议你还是找本地的(你们州的)broker。不是本地的如果是direct lender也可以。
