1st generation kindle fire suddenly not working.
hard reset by holding power button 20 seconds but still stuck at the "kindle
fire" logo phase.
I have owned this device for more than 1 year. Mainly use it for Prime video
watching and web surfing.
Called Amazon and they replaced a new one free, plus one $10 discount
code for me to purchase a new touch screen protection film.
No argument, very straight forward conversations.

My boss’ 1st kid learnt business in college and went to work after
graduation. His 2nd kid is in medical school.

It is actually very simple and most people don't know about this. 70% of
ivy league graduates go to work in finances regardless of major (hint: money
!). This could be the downfall of US because it is more valued in the West
to take advantage of the system than producing for the system. Then, you
have the smart ones who go to medical school.
