大家的contract都是报道后签吗？是不是offer letter 签了学校还是可以反悔,只有签
了contract才算数？

What is the difference between "an offer letter" and "a contract"?

我们这里contract是一式两份。faculty sign了以后，一份自己留，一份交学校啊。不
一样吗？
