My commentary:
I don't see why the ban to export to China is in US national interest.
It's kind of similar to the "Chinese Exclusion Act". Every people dream of
exploring space, why not the Chinese? America should know
that we offer friendship to get friendship, offer suspicion to get suspicion.

The Chinese and Chinese-Americans need to fight a wrong in
aboveboard ways instead of secretly. Americans are not
an enemy to the Chinese. They helped us big time and we the
Chinese owe them enough to work towards a peaceful future
together and persuade them of our sincerity.

是为了在北京买一套房，铤而走险，替中国公司买美国禁止出口的芯片。买了两批，
共50多万美元，被芯片公司报告给美国政府。第一批被他成功通过在墨西哥搭乘飞上
海的飞机送到中国。结果他的办公室被FBI秘密搜查，他的一举一动被监视。当他把第
二批芯片装入婴儿奶粉中准备通过在加州停靠的中国船带回中国时，被当场抓住。由
于他是绿卡，出狱后等待他的是递解回中国。
