上次看到有人专门写文章讨论这个步子，碰巧今天看到这段视频。再次提出来
和大家讨论一下，因为这个步子我也感觉特别难。
视频中间提到两点，我不是很明白，不知道有没有达人给解释一下。
1.You will see the track is how centural through his body and the last
count of two will be danced as a spin ending to gain the sway necessary f
or the following figure.
2.We keep the volume throughout.
这里这个volume应该是指volume of the shape吧，第
