Wondered if you could give me a suggestion re this computer I purchased from
you. My monitor is no longer receiving a signal. The computer appears fine,
boots, etc yet the monitor does not come on (no signal error appears). The
monitor does work however with my old computer still. Any suggestions for me?

如果是台式机，说不定没开monitor电源。。。。

不会是电源和cable，人家说了连载另一台机器上没问题。
估计是显示器的输入没选对。旧的可能是RGB的，新的是DVI.

病人说在旧的pc上能用啊，偶还以为不会犯电源没开线没连好的低级错误
驱动没装顶多显示不正常吧？

可能它的resolution设的不对，超出了monitor的限定
或者它插错显示输出口了

If the computer you sold to him is a laptop, then there is key on the keyboard on the laptop needs to be hit once or twice which means : either dual monitor mode
or mono mode, then the external monitor will be on.
