卖了一个新游戏，病人收到说是defective，偶又没玩过xbox，不知道怎么回答呢，游
戏都是new sealed的，病人却说机器不识别光盘。
The Biggest Loser Game that I purchased from you seems defective. It rarely
is able to be detected by our xbox (this is the only game that has this
problem). Your assistance is appreciated.

一般是不可能的,但也只能让病人退货了,不过还好游戏没有SN

Possible to be defective. I bought a Dance Central kinect game from BB and
my Xbox 360 couldn't read it. After exchanging a new one, it is fine and we
have tons of fun.
