7月7号买的, 今天才说没收到,东西才十几块,SHIPPING１２块．咋办?
PayPal Sellers　Protection有用吗？
用的first class international package 到 Spain,只有Customs Number, tracking
only said "Depart USPS Sort Facility"

Refund. Ebay buyer/seller protection requires delivery confirmation.

i refunded a $170 item because usps never update after them ite left US...
sad...never ship with usps again

Is $170 including shipping charge?
For international shipping to Europe, only Express mail will update tracking
,others just useless. But I have one to Australia by priority mail did
showing delivered.
