正好一个月前在Amazon上卖了一个Acer laptop. 今天收到买家的return request. 理
由是: The computer sends a message that it needs to restart every 10 minutes
. I can not use it with this problem. Checked online seems to be a windows 8
issue.
请问我能不能让她去找Acer for Warranty? 如果实在要退, 谁出return shipping? 能
不能收restocking fee?
从来没碰到过return的事情,不知怎么处理,请各位神医指点迷津, 谢谢.

it's up to u.
if u don't care about negative.... just said this is over one month and
refuse return.
let patient file a-z and you try fight against it. you have 50% change to
win and 100% to get neg.
if you care very much.. try tell nicely it's over one month and provide
buyer with warranty support and see his response to determine what is next.
