Nov23的order，不是FBA的，seller fulfilled，已经超过30天了，病人request
return，我拒了，现在直接A-Z了
The touchscreen does not work. I contacted seller and he said 30 days had
gone by to get a warranty replacement from Kodak. This frame did not work
out of the box, it should be replaced or money refunded. Seller is
unresponsive.
我怎么跟Amazon说，就说超过30天了，我们不接受退货？

if it bought between 11/1-12/31 and requested return before 1/31, u have to
accept return.
if not above, u can refuse return

en, 已经死磕上了。。。一个病人在感恩节买的wii U, 一月份要求退货，说太贵了。

Those A-Z A3 CS will demand you to accept return. ALSO, A-Z A3 won't allow
you to charge a penny of restocking fee if patient claim item was defective.
我TNND的一单亏了将近半个K。

amazon回信只说了一定要回复啊。只要回复了不接受，合法，回信里都提供依据了。不
回复，你倒霉。
怎么理解这个"ask"，就看你想跟amazon保持多热乎了。。。

就说过了30天了，不需要你付钱的，好像钱少amazon cover, 钱多估计就据了。

amazon的规定是，产品有问题7天内要提出，不想要的话是30天内。我觉得只要跟
amazon保持一致就行了
碰上evil如果不想生事钱也不多的话忍了了
也无所谓。要不然都过了30天才说产品有问题，谁知道是不是buyer自己弄坏的，这种
让他开az跟他死磕好了，buyer终身开az也是有限制的，开多了也会被amazon终身封账
号。

活神说的是对的。最近就碰到这样的，我拒绝return, 病人atoz, Amazon asked me to
accept return.
都AtoZ了，我就拒绝了。过两天buyer claim denied.

我也遇到了2个，衰。AMZON 要求提供RETURN地址，提供了，但注明了超过30天不收，
收的话只收50% RESTOCKING FEE。 2个都赢了!

一旦病人不爽，至少要被病人fxxk 3次，做后negative还跑不了，amaz真是sb中的战斗
