我发信告知return policy,说10% restocking fee if still sealed, 20%
restocking fee if opened
过了几天,他就cancel了上面的return request,重新开了个return request,
Return reason: Defective/Does not work properly
Buyer comments: After just the first few days it keeps randomly crashing!
And the headphone jack goes out randomly! This cost me almost $1000 dollars
and I am so upset!
怎么看都感觉他是在找理由,其实就是不想要了
怎搞?

哎,你简直是自找麻烦。第一次,每开包,free return 就完了。偏要去收10%。这下
无解了。

但这次如果退回来,没查出什么毛病的话,收他20%是收定了,哼哼

收到退回的电脑了。我告诉buyer,要试用几天,看是不是有他说的毛病。他回信说:
Run games, or use youtube, or try using photoshop. It seemed to do just
crash and restart while doing some of those.
但是,我开机,就跟第一次用新电脑一样,让设置电脑名字,用户名,密码啥的,一切
都正常,胡乱用了用,但没打游戏,没用photoshop,没用youtube(不想设上网),非
常稳定;电脑里什么都没有(没游戏,没photoshop,没视频),我看就是个裸机。我
非常怀疑他就没用过这电脑。就是开了包,找个理由退货。
初步决定收20% restocking fee。如果80%的退款后,他还能开A-to-z 或 chargeback
case吗?
另外,这家伙要求的是”Standard refund“,不象我遇到的真正是产品有问题的买家
都要求”Full refund“,是不是说明他本身就有些底气不足?
众神有什么更好的建议没?

如果我部分退款,他即使Az赢了,应该就是让从我这儿搞回差额吧?

病人说,

heavy applications not being able to run properly. It made the computer
crash, which shouldn't happen with a $1000 computer running high end
hardware. That is why I sent it back.
我再回:
if you wanted to return the laptop, you should not have formatted the
computer without my permission. You can only delete your own data and your
own programs before sending it back to me. In addition, there are many
possible reasons that may make the computer slower or even halted, and some
of them are from the software and the manner of using the computer. I used
it to watch different youtube movies for nearly 4 hours and it never crashed
. Therefore, I am sorry that you have to pay the 20% restocking fee for
your return. Thank you for your understanding.
