sold HP inks, all SEALED.
evil opened ebay case the day after he received item with following:

I just confirmed these are counterfeit ink cartridges. They have been
refilled, had the serial number on the chip reset, and placed in original
packaging. The ink were not in sealed vacuumed plastic wraps. I do not know
what to do. I do not know whether I should raise this to eBay or call HP
myself. Please respond!

He runs IT repair shop.
I am not sure whether opening postal mail fraud will help, but I will
definitely let him escalate to ebay, at least he gets a record there.
I know most will say move on for $100. Just want to at least make an effort
here.

感觉用处不大，ebay在这方面一向偏向buyer

基本上这种很难赢，就算有拍照留底也一样。
因为东西是sealed的，没办法跟ebay证明里面是好的。
Buyer只要坚持收到的东西not as described，基本上都只能full refund。

向警察局报案，告诉ebay,可能有用，这种evil应该干了很多次的了。

thanks for all reply.
I plan to contact other sellers who sells same item to see whether they were
scammed by this evil before. If I get one, then will report to ebay.

嗯，最少也要report to ebay，不用写太多，简明扼要即可。

不是指望警察给你捉人，而是告诉Ebay,我是honest的，我已经报案，会有执法机关关
注的，你恶霸必须公正处理。

教你一个绝招，目前没输过给scammer. 如果赢了，给我发包子。
在usps的website, file a mail fraud case，然后在给Amazon present 的时候，一
定告诉amazon , seller already file mail fraud case against this buyer in
USPS.
再狠点的话，电话买家当地的police department,报案，再告诉Amazon case number.

要我的话，我会把所有证据都上提给Amazon，让Amazon来决定是否要refund给buyer，
如果你的sale history很好，有时Amazon会reimburse你的损失的。

Thanks. I have good sales history with ebay. will submit receipt. Don't have
high hope though.
