一个FBA单，3个月了 refund，开case. 说：
If buyer is not completely satisfied, we'll give them a full refund up to
365 days after they receive the product. Moreover, some products have
different policies or requirements associated with them.
是不是疯了？

I think Amazon will cover it after 30 days.

好像没有这个policy，不妨问一问具体的link在哪里，请他们给一个？我知道如果6个
月内产品有问题，是可以a-to-z的。
有些seller support的水平很差，态度也不好。这个回复有没有给feedback的连接？有
的话，如果2两天内没有给具体的policy连接，给他留个negative的feedback，然后重
新开case再问问。
现在有些seller support很会玩trick，知道很有可能收到negative feedback的，会设
法名正言顺的不给feedback连接。这种情况也不知道通过什么渠道进行投诉。
