My experience:
Export the data file generated by SAS as an Excel file and then read in Excel
files in Matlab. By the way, if you have a very large SAS data file (no. of
observation > 70,000 and no. of variables > 300) , you will have to seperate
it into several small files, since one worksheet of Excel is not large enough.
