2013年11月交 NIW申请－－－》 2014年3月申请EB1A， 1周后140批准－－－2014.7.10
收到EAD／Parole卡－》2014年7月22 收到NIW RFE－－－ EB1A 485 还在等待中
11底准备用Advance Parole回国。因为EB1A 140已批， NIW的RFE至今没回复， 82天之
内不回复就算NIW申请放弃。还有必要回复吗？会不会影响EB1A的485申请和Advance
Parole回来？谢谢。

老公两年前已经拿到I485了，但还在等排期。
我去年底和他结婚的。
问题：我现在能递I485么？还是只能等排期到了再递I485阿。

从入门到比较高级的，
是不是对Fortran 和对 C/c++的都不一样呀？

It's always hard to manage an American class. I'm still trying to discover
better way. So please share yours here as well.
The first year here, I was assigned to teach 6th graders, simply because
they didn't trust me, not the knowledge wise, but the the management wise.
They were correct. It was pretty tough. But as a teacher, I have to be
tougher than the kids, right?
Anyway, what I came out was a "V" shape or "T" shape seating chart.
For "V" shape, I would place all the "good" ones on one side

When you use MPI, there is not much difference between c and fortran.

Those are great strategies.
I think beside seating chart, language is important too, how you phrase your
language is a key, 总的来说就是跟他们斗智斗勇。

就看那套 MPI-The Complete Reference (Vol.1 & 2) by Snir, Otto, Huss-Lederman
, Walker, Dongarra. 这套讲得挺全的，就是手册，我平时也就用到了翻翻。
MPI对c/c++, fortran都通用，上述这套书对于每个函数的介绍都有各个语言的版本，
还有部分fortran代码。有空交流交流。:)

I still use the traditional way--rows and columns. With this year's
construction going on in my school, I have to move around and share
classrooms with other teachers. Hey, I am flexible.
I had my seating chart on the first day of the school year--just to show I
am in charge. I made a few minor adjustments afterwards but nothing major. I
told the kids that the seating chart would remain the same throughout the
year but there might be twice in the year I would move them. The first time

I like the "cool off"+" parent conference " part. But I have question for
you, when the student stays outside of the classroom, who would be there
supervise him/her? Or you have a "time out zone" inside the classroom?
Personally I dislike to make a parent conference, but I do know communicate
with parent is part of our responsibility, therefore, I chose to make a
phone call. Of course I have my Contact Log ready,

great ideas, I like the two situations that you are going to move them.
in my student teaching school, first step when the child has problem is "
rethink", just simply put his head down, if the problem is till going on,
the next step is "safe seat", actually it's "time out" but called in a nicer
way.

世界人民普遍对世界各种纸本位货币丧失了信心。
如果金银真的恢复货币本位的现实地位，那么现在这个价钱还是草纸价。
我一破engineer每月工资折合十多oz黄金，或者600 oz白银，这在金银本位的年代可是
一品大员待遇啊！

You may find some books in the bookstore. Or the more helpful strategy is to
observe other teachers' classes or hang out with kids. There are many
hilarious kids' language you can borrow to make the classroom atmosphere
more cool.

I can not agree more that the communication line needs be open all the time,
that will give parents an opportunity to help us as well.
Being a coach or adviser is another way walk into the students' hearts. We
definitely need try to do as much as we can, but sinece I get baby, I
skipped that part for a long time..(Bad! Bad! Bad!)

阿三国的retail其实一直在走下坡路，黄金消耗第一大国目前是天朝了吧
而且就算刚需这个价格也很高了，一次买200吨啊，你跟个dealer买20oz都能打点折呢

中国主要是投资需求，嫌贵可以不买，而且投资都是倒进倒出，金子在市面上是流
通的。老印不买不行，要不然女儿嫁不出去，咬着牙也得买，顶多是买多买少的问
题，而且买了以后都是自己留着，基本不怎么流通了。
