朋友在国内高校教英文，现在准备参加一个项目，大概是去美国的大学教中文，可选择
的地区有：Northeast, mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest; Rocky-
Mountain; West Coast。
如果有网友有时间的话，能不能指点一下大概去哪个区会好些，谢谢大家！

这种问题问得宽泛了点
什么是“好”，你是不是该定义一下？安全？经济发达？景色优美？工资高？

I am not a negative person, but I have to say the Confucius Institutes haven
't done anything significant.
The Hanban wanted to set up a new Confucius Institute within the university
I am working with, but the university turned it down since they think there
are many more important and useful things we can do than setting up a
confucius institue.
Basically, the confucius institutes use the exchange teachers from mainland
China to work for them.
