为啥有些程序关闭后占用的内存没被释放出来？
好像Mac和Windows都一样，开机久了，可用的内存明显变少，关闭程序也恢复不到开机
时的初值。

就有资源泄露，比如常见的句柄泄露。。。资源是在内存里的资源堆里分配的。
windows里用注册表设置可以使关闭软件后自动清除内存中没用的ＤＬＬ文件及时收回
消耗的系统资源。
打开注册表编辑器，找到“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\explorer"为主键，在右边窗口里右键，新建一个名为“

Yes, you need to calculate your part of property tax by yourself in this
case (11/12-12/31). The mortgage bank won't send you a statement of property
tax. It's a tax you paid to the government.
