再过两个星期就要回国了,国内的朋友让我帮忙买2个小Gucci钱包和一个LV包包.
两个小GUCCI一共$700+,问题不大.
LV $2670.
包包包装,商标都会拆. 我从香港入境,然后从深圳飞北京,不知道,入关会不会有问题.
如果被罚,大概要罚多少,谢谢达人.

1。是只有5000免税还是所有工资（>5000)都可以免税？
2。没有1042s表，是不是要用8833表？但怎么听说今年好像8833表不能用呢？？
以前都没弄过这些，真是头大。先谢了！！！

Immediate need to hire Patent Attorneys and Patent Agents who are
experienced in patent preparation and prosecution related to wireless
telecommunications and electrical technologies.
Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering and 2 years of
directly related legal experience. Patent Bar required.
过了Patent Bar 有 EE PHD的经验少点也行

你的公司实习是啥?cpt?opt?毕业了还是没毕业.
为什么说8833不能用

If you indeed make an official request to remove financial help for Ph.D.
candidates in chemistry, you probably would be dead after one or more
mysterious accident(s), including but not limited to 1) failed brake of your
car; 2) spontaneous combustion of you or your car; 3) committing suicide in
various ways under the influence of drugs; 4) running out of oxygen at your
bedroom; 5) poisoned; 6) drowned in people's saliva.
You would be amazed by the talents of a chemist!

话说EE领域这种做patent law工作的口宽吗？
需要上law school,然后考patent bar还是直接考patent bar就可以？
在有工作经验的前提下

直接考patent bar, 从patent agent做起，一边工作一边上law school，毕业了就是
patent lawyer.

一次性的东东比永久性的容易讨价，多给一两千搬家费肯能要比涨几百工资容易接受。

Do not jump the gun.
You have to prove to be a fearless warrior first before commenting on the
meaning of death.

EE半导体领域需要patent agent多吗？
国人做这行有竞争力吗？跟读business类的往product,management,consultant类偏，
哪种career path更适合女生呢？（比如语言还行，脑袋不笨，勤奋，工作表现中还比
较活泼的年轻女性）

理论上讲，谈relo跟谈start-up一样，是不是多要、多要多少都应该基于自己实际需要。

竞争力看你自己啊，跟哪国人没啥关系，专利也不是一辈子做一个领域的，做熟了以后
啥领域都做的
