标题: 请问换过I-20，但没有换学校，可以中信代签吗?

08年5月底北京签证，这两年中换过两次I-20（第一次从phd换成master，第二次暑假实
习CPT），今
年四月底打算回国，我的这种情况在北京可以中信代签吗？谢谢！

晚上运动回来，开了车，慢慢移动中忽然发现正前方玻璃上趴着一只大大的蛾子。。
我平时比较讨厌这种带翅膀的虫子，但忽然发现我车启动起来，it却还在，便想试它一
试。15mile了，it依然不动地趴在窗子上，我心中暗笑，加速，再看it还在，看表，30
mile了，it仍然很稳，不过很谨慎的样子，好像连头都不敢转方向。我一下子开到40mi
le，it居然还那么站着，但已经被吹得有点东倒西歪了。我想，它怕啥涅？被刮跑的滋
味很难受？不过会飞，怎么会怕。那是闲着没事就是想兜风，或挑战极限？
正想着，前面红灯了，车子到45mile只好将下来。等车完全停稳了，it居然好像是完全
站了起来，拍拍翅膀，飞走了。。
想想，已经开出了几mile了，估计it得赶夜路才能找回家了。

我又来叨叨了，以前也在这里说过暗恋一个男生很久了，以前在国内准备留学的时候认
识的，最后我申请到了德州的学校，他去了纽约，以前他就说过，申请不到纽约的，他
宁愿不去。我们关系应该算是一直不错的，留学后也经常在网上聊天，昨天他生日嘛，
我聊天时候就跟他开玩笑的讲，我有礼物要送给你哦！surprise！然后前天，我就去了
华盛顿，我考虑了很长时间（前些日子他有跟我讲过他没有女朋友，还说自己是个可怜
的单身狗），我觉得无论他喜欢不喜欢我，我都要去试一试，我当时是把告白或者说追
求到他当作我2016年的第一件事情，也可以说是目标。然后我一腔热血的就过去了，我
有给他准备生日礼物，是一件科比造型的人偶，他挺迷科比的，一路上我都在想象我要
如何开口说这件事。我想他大概会很惊讶，然后敲着我的脑门说："说好的惊喜呢？礼
物呢？不是你吧。"然后我笑嘻嘻地拿出礼物，两个人一起度过在异国他乡的第一个生
日。或者说："哇塞，我是不是在做梦，我居然看到了阿然（朋友都这么喊我）"我阴阳
怪气地喊我是上帝派来陪你过生日的小都比，然后我们度过这异国他乡的第一个生日！
只是我怎么也没想到，当我举着手机现在他学校门口给他打电话的时候，他无比平静地
来了一句："大冷天的，你怎么会想到来这旅游？"我心都凉了两截，现在还在华盛顿的
冷风中萧瑟。我一直很纳闷，他是就这样，还是暗示我他对我并没有朋友之外的情感。

This individual will be a key member of the design team. The candidate will
participate in the product definition process with marketing and customers
and be involved in all aspects of the IC design cycle from the architectural
concept phase through back-end release to production. He/she will also have
the opportunity to routinely interface with the MEMS designers to
contribute at a system level (MEMS + ASIC). The candidate should be self-
motivated and an excellent team player with superior communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Architecture development
Interfacing technically with MEMS and applications engineers
Design and simulation/debug of analog and mixed-signal circuits
Design documentation and design review/presentation
Layout/physical design implementation, supervision, and post-layout
extraction simulations and debug
Post-silicon testing and debug of circuits
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
BS/MS in EE (Advanced Degree preferred) with a minimum of 8 - 10
years of proven experience including taking analog/mixed signal integrated
circuits from concept to mass production
Advanced knowledge of circuits including opamps, bandgaps, low-noise
amplifiers, CMOS logic design, low power techniques, oscillators, pulse and
timing circuits, ADCs, DACs, and mixed-mode circuits and systems
Thorough understanding of CMOS and bipolar processes and device
physics
Experience with the latest design software tools/suites including
Cadence, MatLab and analog layout tools
