What do you mean by 我很好?
"I survived my flight from NY to Seattle. I didn't have motion sickness
and the airplane didn't crash, and I didn't get lost when I was connecting
at LAX."
If you just want to say a-b-c, try
"I flew from NY to Seattle via LAX."
