两个都是差不多规模的几十个B的大公司。都是dream company。
一个在东北部，一个在中西部。
中西部大公司的产品开发部offer已经拿到要24号给答复。
（估计拖不了几天，待遇也很满意，）
东海岸的研究中心才刚打算25号面试我。拿到offer的可能性也非常大，认识HM。（待遇
稍逊，也挺不错）
个人喜欢做产品开发一些，但是听说做产品开发EB1b不好搞。
是不是最好去研究中心混绿卡先？

南加的有人把草坪铲了吗？我们申请了TURF REMOVE，已经被批准了，就是把草坪
换掉。是我们的水电局的项目，如果把自己家草坪按他们的规定给铲了，每家有些
钱可以拿。有没有人换过，有什么经验分享下？

绿卡很重要，我觉得这个应该没啥说的，PHD发了这么多文，还不就想搞个EB1b么。
工作待遇，生活质量，应该这个中西部的稍高。工作压力什么的应该差不多。
经过内部朋友了解，两个公司内部环境，直接上司应该都挺不错.
对于职业发展，我也不确定。个人还是想将来走到管理层，不想技术一直走到黑
（感觉跟本领域搞技术最NB的还是有一点差距）

如果两个其他条件都差不多
当然绿卡能走EB1B的就优先考虑呗。。
//不过如果工作够稳定满意，三五年内不考虑换工作，绿卡其实又无所谓了。。

刚刚你好！好久不见！
今天仔细研究拿到的EMAIL，人工草坪是没有REBATE的，准备在PARKWAY 上GROUND
COVER，另外大片的草坪换成SUCCULENT PLANT。
EMAIL:
Your turf removal project has been approved. You have 120 days to remove the
turf from your project area and replace it with a California Friendly
Landscape.
To receive a rebate, your completed project must: Not include any live turf
or turf-looking grasses Include some plants (excluding turf) in the project
area Be permeable to air and water. Areas with concrete and other surfaces
that water and air cannot move through will be disqualified.
As a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power , your completed
project must also:
Converted area must be either hand-watered (with sprinkler system removed or
non-operable) or watered with a low volume drip and/or bubbler irrigation
system. Overhead irrigation ( i.e. pop-up sprinklers, riser shrub heads,
single or multi-stream sprinlklers/rotors/nozzles) is NOT allowed or
eligible for LADWP rebates.
Converted areas must contain California-Friendly plants to create at least
40% landscape coverage at maturity. Seasonal gardens do not qualify for the
incentive. Please note that by participating in this program customers allow
LADWP to publicize the pre- and post-conversion project photographs. (
Address will not be published). Customers removing turf in their parkway
must upload a photo or scanned copy of their permit or waiver to receive a
rebate. Per Los Angeles Municipal Code, property owners must obtain a permit
or a waiver from the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) before altering a parkway.
Parkways are the area between the street and sidewalk.
Please note that a permit/waiver does not exempt program participant from
complying with all of the Terms and Conditions listed above (i.e. no
overhead irrigation in any converted area).
The City has a Residential Parkway Landscaping Guideline that can be found
at: http://bss.lacity.org/Engineering/pdfs/Residential_Parkway_Landscaping_Guidelines_halflayout.pdf A property owner who wishes to replace the turf in a parkway must:
(1) obtain a permit or a waiver for the project from BOE;
(2) Call Robert Gutierrez, Landscape Architect, of the Public Works Bureau
of Street Services (213) 847-0881 to discuss the proposed plants; and
(3) Submit a plan for review and approval, showing the improvements
graphically, calling out the plants to be used, and any details that may be
needed to clarify the installation.

LADWP got a turf removal program to give rebate to customers.
