1. 1/2, PD current的第一个工作日, e-request.
2. 1/3, PD current第二个工作日, 打了USCIS的800号码, 等待两个多小时才等到一个
tier 2 officer, 被告知case仍然pending, 过程不超过10秒,
3. 1/6, 找本地的Senator的USCIS-related staff, 被告知休假,
4. 1/7, 9AM找到senator staff,填完form后fax过去, 12:30收到短信绿了.
所以我会在我能控制的范围内尽一切手段去催. 我知道TSC比较慢,但senator那边是一
定要做的,催了不一定会绿, 但不催一定会不爽.

所有的还没超出规定的处理时间，E-request也做不了。不知如何可以催催他们。

USCIS 网上说 EAD是3个月，485是四个月。
E-Request都交不了。（现在交485的）

我的已经绿了，TSC的，1月9号收到notice。今天收到decision的信了。绿卡应该在路
上。
PD是10/9/2008. 没有任何request动作。大家耐心等待，应该很快就到你了。
老婆让我上来发个贴，给大家一点信心。

恭喜了阿！刚才根据我的receipt号码向前查了100个receipt的status发现没啥规律。
。。有些receipt比较靠后的反而绿了，receipt在前面的还有好多没绿。。。USCIS到
底根据什么批阿。。。

resubmitted in 2012.Maybe the RFE delayed the approval process. Is there
anyone that can share with us how to contact the senator and what kind of
information should be provided to the senator in order to get the case
process expedited?

Co-ask for how to ask senator for expedited process, the only thing that I
haven't done. Although it may not help.
I do not think your RFE back to 2012 would delay the process of your case.
Anyway, my gut feeling tells me that we will get it this week or next.

haven't done. Although it may not help.
I do not think your RFE back to 2012 would delay the process of your case.
Anyway, my gut feeling tells me that we will get it this week or next.

12月排到的应该在1月20号之前都能绿
12月排到最早绿的是12月20几号，也就是说12月20号之前，TSC还在处理11月的
我之前联系议员，得到的消息也是case在12月19号被assign给了officer
如果TSC还是这个处理速度，1月20号左右会处理完12月的
btw，我12月current，pd 10/23/2008，1月10号批了
