I don't think he/she is a "Tuo". S/He recommended Zhang law because her/his
case was approved with help of Zhang Law. Based on my experience,
brighttiger is a really warm-hearted person. I got a lot of help from him/
her during my preparation. S/He simply wanted to share the experience. That
might be the reason that s/he recommended Zhang Law because s/he believed
that Zhang law was helpful. Anyway, you make your OWN decision.

蛮有经验的。之前我也以为他就是见谁的case都说希望很大，但是后来真做成了，才觉
得他还是有独到的眼光和准确的判断力的。
当然也有运气成分。不过总的说来，和他聊过两次，蛮敬业的吧。

pretty weak and was approved with Jerry Zhang's help. So i try to help those
with similar background. My case was not accepted by the conservative
lawyer, understood. They have more clients with much stronger background,
why waste time handling weak cases and may affect their reputation? I
appreciate the lawyer who can handle weak case like Jerry Zhang. Again, i
like these words "锦上添花不算强，妙手回春真功夫“

my 2 friends got it 6-7 years ago. one Eb1, one EB2.
I got my Eb2 with them. I introduced my friend use him and get approved.
just 2 cents. You can get it or not more depends on your own and luck.
