affected party, such as the beneficiary, which relates to the specific
processing or adjudication of a particular petition or application is
prohibited by the Privacy Act and Service policy. If further information or
action is needed, please have the attorney of record or the petitioning

有一只主干上的所有分支都蔫了，好像缺水。可是浇了水也没恢复。其他主干上发出来
的还正常。花还是照开。

BTW, my I140 was submitted in early Apr, TSC as well.

今天把那一大枝剪掉了，还有好多花骨朵呢，真心疼！希望剩下几个主干不会有事。今
年茉莉开得不错，每天早上出去掐十几朵拿进厨房香好几天。

之前自己打电话，人家不给查，说法一样

不光楼主，我打电话过去人家也不给我立案。你这个显然是那个IO没在意你的受益人身
份，所以就帮你立案了。

在线提交也有人看。看你的那个人没注意你是受益人，就给你process了，好事。

看来不是这么回事，我今天收到了USCIS的mail，所以看来我提交SR后第二周就批了，
是正好批了而不是SR的结果：
You or your representative contacted USCIS to notify us that you believe
your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of
what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Immigration and Naturalization law prohibits this office from responding to
an inquiry submitted by anyone other than the petitioner. We will be happy
to address the status of this case if such a request is submitted by the
petitioner.
Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 103.2(a)(3) states, in pertinent
part:
(3) A beneficiary of a petition is not a recognized party in such a
proceeding. An application or petition presented in person by someone who
is not the applicant or petitioner, or his or her representative as defined
in this paragraph, shall be treated as if received through the mail, and the
person advised that the applicant or petitioner, and his or her
representative, will be notified of the decision.
