If the company asks whether or not I can legally work in the U.S., should I
answer yes or no? It seems I can use OPT to work legally in the U.S. for 1
year but I don't know if I could say yes because of this. I'll have to apply
for H1B as soon as I start to work since it takes a while. Is it OK to
first tell them I can work legally in the U.S. and after I get an interview
opportunity then I negotiate with the company about H1B sponsorship at the
interview?
