别的到没怎么改，就是加上料一句：350 publication, 9600 citations.

所谓大千世界真是无奇不有，身边的奇葩一天比一天多，读不懂的人也一样多。我最近
摊上的奇葩人就是前女友，她对我说谁谁谁追求她，还问我意见如何。
我可以毫不客气的说前女友就是个烂人，当初她跟我分手也完全不是产生了什么矛盾或
者情变的产生，而是她看着有个富二代看起来好像对她有意思一般就赶紧跟我分了手，
马上跑去巴结那位富二代。还好老天有眼，那个富二代早就是个有老婆的人了，只不过
跑出来沾花惹草，爽快一把而已。谁想到当时明明是刚刚分手的关系她竟然跑来对我哭
诉被人伤了心，也怪我当时可怜她，竟然没骂她贱。
现在我就得骂她贱了，她好好一亭亭玉立的姑娘怎么就这么没脸皮呢。我和她都分手有
一年的时间了，因为同在一家公司所以难免还是会有所交际。谁知道她前天晚上怀里揣
着一张照片跑来先是跟我炫耀照片上那个老男人的来历，再就是炫耀那个老男人是怎么
追求她的，最后还不忘了问我一句：你觉得他怎么样啊？
关我屁事！

Depends on how bad the retrogress is and whether or not EB2C and EB2I is
still tied together, it could go from bad to totally chaos (FY2014) or from
bad to good (end of this year).
No one knows.

Isn't the evidence really obvious?
Depends on how many SO from ROW for the rest of this FY year, no one
knows for sure how many more cases of submitted PD 09/10 EB2IC would
get approved. And EB3I will continue porting to EB2I, most of those
folks have ancient old PD, so the retrogress is unlikely to affect
them. Since EB2I and EB2C PD are still tied together, if they don't
move then we cannot move.
Those already submitted EB2IC cases (and porting EB3I cases) not
approved for this year will become the inventory of next FY year,
which is 2013, if there are too many demands and much less supply of
FY2013, things could get really messy.

我的看法是现在批的08 eb2ci的已经是uscis估计3012会通过的情况下预支了row的so,
所以到下个财年前排期都不可能有太大动静了
