事情经过很简单，我去chinatown兜风，停在一个红灯下
一个30岁左右的黑人，光头，长得有点儿像乔丹
本来在街边的，朝我走过来
敲了敲我的车窗，好像要问我什么
我就把窗户摇下来了
我英语不太灵光，就听见说change了
我有经验，就把烟灰缸里的硬币随手抓了一把递过去
没想到黑人接过硬币，勃然大怒，一把全扔我头上了
还高喊“go fuck yourself。”
还好，这时灯变绿了
我一踩油门，狼狈逃窜，不留身与名。
后来到家了才发现
给黑人男青年抓得十几个硬币
碰巧都是一分的
下次，我一定要注意了。
特发此贴，提醒自己，也提醒大家，小事情也不能马虎啊。

I have a Lenovo G770 laptop which I like very much (big screen, Blu-ray),
system runs very slow. (sometimes after a few minutes use, sometime almost
right after power on)
I tried to isolate every possibility I know:
replace HD to SDD,
defrag and clean HD,
increase RAM to 8G (2x4G)
uninstall all unnecessary software,
removing virus (none) and malware (a few),
replaced CPU from i3 2310m to i7 2620m
It is still very slow.
I finally downloaded HWmonitor and found out the culprit might be the CPU
overheating,
because whenever system is slow, I noticed the temperature is very high,
when its above 90C-95C, it started become really sluggish. sometimes it goes
to 100C (not F, its Celcus!). I replace the thermal paste (Arctic silver),
cleaned the fan/screen. It is still same slow.
This i7 CPU is actually a replacement (I replaced original i3 2310m to i7
2620m) due to the speed was slow. I didn't test temperature on previous
2310m because I thought the CPU is a bit out of date (3 yr laptop) and
thought by upgrading CPU might help.
I'm wondering if CPU really have a life? I use the computer a lot, like 10-
12 hrs a day, or even more. Could this kind of use really kill the CPU?
Any idea what can make my CPU so hot? And what's the solution?

灰尘多了，通风散热不好
把笔记本打开除尘，检查一下风扇是否还运转良好

when laptop is running fast, no noise from the fan, but when its hot,
loud noise, and I can feel the wind blowing on the side.

我的一个老笔记本用到后来也是时不时的风扇会加速噪音很大，开机的时候很安静。有
一天我打开后发现里面满是灰尘，有个风扇因为叶面上的灰尘很多已经有些损坏了，噪
音很大

谢谢，打算先买一个原来配置的CPU，同时换电扇，看看效果如果。

还有，才注意到这个 TZ00 的温度是 0，这个肯定是错的吧。
这是怎么回事呢？

you might need a fan speed monitor software too. I believe the fan assembly
itself is not working properly due to dust or age. If you hear loud noise
from the fan itself (not the high speed of air), then the fan is not running
right.
If I were you, i will just get a new fan .

如果原来的散热功率是对i3设计的，换成i7后温度会高不少，风扇的负荷更重，容易损
耗，这个对笔记本来说很难弄。CPU如果温度过高，比如有的在100度进入保护状态，避
免烧掉，这时常见的现象是系统重启。如果笔记本虽然慢但是能正常工作，硬件检测没
发现故障，一般通常是查软件设置。

最后终于找到了，你说的对。
是一个叫做“WindowsPresentationFont”的东西用了50%左右的CPU，
把这个东西关了，问题终于解决了。
