现在的EB2排期进展挺快，可能很快就排到了吧？
再问一下，EB1b的485和NIW的485处理起来是一样的吗？怎么EB23版上的2008年的485还
没批，而本版去年都绿了呢？

你也说了，绿卡真的太ZT了。如果没有太大的区别，还是能不ZT就不ZT了。

EB1b的485和NIW的485处理起来是不一样的。NIW is EB2，有排期的问题。如果排期倒
退，140批了也不能交485。EB1b不受排期的限制.
建议还是折腾一下。

退，140批了也不能交485。EB1b不受排期的限制.
建议还是折腾一下。

谢谢。排期的问题我是明白的。我想问的是如果排期到了，485提交后，EB1b和NIW的
485处理起来是一样的吗？

谢谢。其实我也是这么想的，可是不知道为什么我的律师说，一旦排期到了，EB1和EB2
的485是一样的。

So as far as EB2/3 does not retrogress, they should be the same as EB1?
