My timeline:
10/29/10: I140 submission w/o PP
08/19/11: RFE (No doubt since my case is weak!)
10/14/11: RFE submission
10/29/11: RFE denial (I submiited my RFE on the 85th day and they received
on 87th day, but they still treated my case as abandon. Dam a Japanese
professor and dam USCIS!)
11/14/11: MTR (They accidently mailed the RFE request to my old address. How
luck I am!)
04/10/12: MTR approved
04/29/12: RFE re-submission
06/06/12: I-140 approval.
BTW, since I am currently a j1 visa holder, and supposedly I should do J1
waiver first. But I did not get any information from the approval letter.
What I should do now?
