If the tax laws don't change, then for people in lower tax brackets (10% and
15%), long term capital gains tax will vanish in 2008-2010. After 2010, the
long term capital gains tax rate will go back up to 20% (for those in 25%+
brackets), and to 10% (for those in 10-15% brackets).
