You need to write a program that continuously reads live tweets stream from
twitter and prints out the top 5 retweeted tweets upon request in a rolling
window of time, where the window starts 10 mins and ends at current time.
The output should have retweet count followed by tweet text. You are free to
use any library that implements reading from twitter's stream API. (Note:
you cannot rely on the retweet_count field from twitter, instead a retweet
counts if it happened during the interval)
